Temperature and Humidity Test for ezTCP
Last year, we did temperature and humidity test for some products which support the temperature range of industrial specification.
Last month, we did it again with the rest of our products.
As you can notice, almost all products have no problem with industrial temperature range.
Below contents are parts of the test report.

4. Products: Total 16 products + 2 products with SMPS adapters - Module Type: EZL-60L, EZL-60M, EZL-70, EZL-410, CSE-M73, CSE-M32, CSE-B63, EZU-100, EZP-250,
(CSE-B63 + SMPS)
- Stand-alone Type: EZL-410, EZI-10, CSW-H80, CIE-H10, CSP-H50, CSE-H20, CSE-H55, (CSW-H80 + SMPS)
5. Contents - Temperature range (℃): -40 ~ 85
- Humidity range (%): 0 ~ 95%
6. Items 1) PING Request
> Check PING response is fine Lasing over 5 minutes (900 times).
> If the response lost over three times, the test is regarded as a fail.
2) TCP connection and Data communication
> Loop back test (the serial port side) and checking if the data returned fine (over 100 bytes)
> In case of PPP products, a TCP echo server is used for data loopback over TCP/IP.
3) Searching: searching by the configuration tool.
4) Reboot
> Check step 1), 2) and 3) again after the product reboots.

8. Results - All products work fine under the temperature range which is specified on the manuals.
> Commercial: 0 ~ 55, Industrial: -40 ~ 85
- Almost all products work fine under the industrial temperature range.
> Only the EZL-400 does not operate when the temperature keeps -40 degrees.
> PING responses are barely lost. (There was no fail)
- Tests containing SMPS power adapter was fine.
> CSW-H80+SMPS, CSE-M53+SMPS
- Cases of CSW-H80, CSP-H50 and CSE-H20 were partially melted.
